MWEC offers financial support through donations and sponsorships as well as the newly established Impact Grant (2025). Impact Grant
(up to $25,000)
Accepting Applications for 2026
In 2025, the Mountrail-Williams Electric Cooperative (MWEC) board of directors introduced the Impact Grant Program to provide greater support for new infrastructure and capital enhancement projects within our service area. These funds are designed to improve the quality of life of MWEC members, employees, and communities.
To qualify for a grant, the project must fit within one of the grant focus areas identified below.

Through Operation Round Up, an innovative community service fundraising program, MWEC provides a simple and rewarding way for its members to help support worthwhile projects in our service area.
Funds are awarded on an application basis to community-based, non-profit organizations.
