At our 2025 Annual Meeting, we introduced plans for a new Stanley office designed to support the future of your cooperative. Since then, we've worked hard to create a space that better serves our members, supports our employees, and reflects our long-term commitment to the communities we call home.
Our office will be closed on September 22, 2026, as we move into our new office, next door. During the move, some services may be temporarily unavailable, including our Stanley payment kiosk. Payments can still be made conveniently through SmartHub or by calling 1.844.975.2736.
Beginning September 23, 2026, we look forward to welcoming you to our new office with expanded hours.
Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

We are excited to share that the Stanley office expansion is underway and is slated to open in the fall of 2026. This investment in Mountrail County and our greater MWEC membership will lay the foundation for continued growth and reliability into the future.

MWEC’s Stanley location includes a lay-down yard, fueling area, and consolidated facility to house all employees under one roof. It supports up to 40 employees and includes a break room, kitchen, and 48-seat classroom style training space, garage with drive-through, wash, and mechanic’s bays. The site and layout forge long- term flexibility, with expansion zones for future growth.
