VANILLA DIRECT PAY

Mountrail-Williams Electric Cooperative now accepts payments through Vanilla Direct Pay.

What is Vanilla Direct Pay?
It is a real-time payment solution that offers members the option to use cash to pay their bills at popular retail locations across the country.

Where can these payments be made?
In the MWEC Service Area
Dollar General – Stanley, Tioga, Williston, Parshall
Family Dollar – New Town, Parshall
Kum & Go – Tioga, Williston
Walmart – Williston

Payments can be made at the above retailers outside the service area as well as CVS Pharmacy, 7-Eleven, Speedway, Stripes and Walgreens.

What do I need to make a payment?
You will need to present a barcode when making a payment. Barcodes are available through the SmartHub App or printing one from your online account.
- Sign in to your account
- Go to Bill & Pay
- Choose Pay by Cash
- Search for a retailer
- Click View Barcode
- Barcode will appear

Are there any fees?
Yes, there is a $1.50 fee per transaction that is due when making the payment.

How do I know my payment was successful?
The Retailer will provide a printed receipt at the close of the transaction period.
