Beef Company Serves Up Local Flavor
An extra cow and a request from friends. That’s how E and E Beef Company got its start around 2018.
“We had a couple of people ask about beef for their freezers,” said Dylan Enger.
He raises cattle with his brother, Carson, and his uncle, Jim Enge, south of Stanley, North Dakota.
The family had saved back two cows to butcher, but only needed one to fill their own freezers. So they sold the extra cow’s beef to their friends.
Word got around.
