Mountrail-Williams Electric Cooperative is accepting offers for the sale of the following described property:

W 10ft Lot 8 & Lot 9, Block 23, Original Townsite, City of New Town, North Dakota

 Physical Address:       355 Main St.

                                                New Town, North Dakota

            Brief Description:       Commercial office building located on a 35 X 100 lot. An appraisal effective March 10, 2022 is available for inspection to all prospective bidders.

The Cooperative will accept offers for the purchase of said property until 5:00 p.m. CST on June 27, 2022, mailed to Neff Eiken & Neff, P.C., Attn: Brittany Foust, P.O. Box 1526, Williston, ND 58802 or hand delivered to the Cooperative New Town office located at 250 4^th St S, New Town, ND. The offer should be in a sealed envelope marked on the outside with the words “Offer for New Town Main St. Building” and must be received by the Cooperative no later than 5:00 p.m. CST on June 27, 2022. Thereafter, the Board will review the offers at its next regularly scheduled meeting at Mountrail-Williams Electric Cooperative located at 218 58^th St. W, Williston, ND, on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. CST. Upon acceptance of an offer, the successful offeror will be notified by the Cooperative within seven (7) calendar days to negotiate further terms of the purchase agreement.

Mountrail-Williams Electric Cooperative reserves the right accept the highest responsible offer and to reject any or all offers. Said property is being sold “as is where is”. This declaration is limited to the physical condition of the property and does not apply to or include the status of the title to the property. The Cooperative will convey marketable title to the successful offeror.
